Savannah RAMA

February, 2008 Detroit, Michigan

We were very happy to bring our Savannah queens F1 "Shala" and F4 "Amber" to the Savannah show in Detroit (even though it was -10 windchill - BRRRR!!). We are expecting a B F2 litter from our F1 Azul, so we brought our F1 Shala instead and she was on her best behavior.

We also had the chance to spend some time with a Serval, "Marli," who was also being exhibited. Isn't he amazing??

Heather made a special slideshow for the breed seminar and was proud to represent photos from over 25 Savannah breeders/lovers. This slide show represents decades of breeding behind these amazing cats. Below, Heather gets first-hand knowledge from Joyce Sroufe, Founder of the Breed.

It is always a wonderful experiene to help represent the breed. The cats love the attention. Below, Shala takes a well-earned beauty rest at the end of show day.

September, 2007 Albuquerque, NM

What a wonderful show! We were thrilled to exhibit our F1 Wagati "Azul" of Gulf at the huge Annual Savannah RAMA show in NM. She was the ONLY F1 at the show and she truly amazed us with her incredible patience, kindness and love shown towards everyone she met.

Very few F1 Savannahs (50% Serval) are able to travel thousands of miles (unsedated!!) and be handled and pet by complete strangers ranging from 2-82 years of age. She was a wonderful ambassador for the Savannah breed and we are so proud of her!

Our beautiful F1 Azul made special friends with a lovely young lady in pink at the RAMA.

Most of the people had never seen an F1 Savannah before and she created quite a stir at the show.

Here is Azul making friends with another young lady in pink.

Second photo: We were all exhausted at the end of each day and here Azul is catching up on her beauty sleep.
